New Lap Is Giving Me Problems. Service System Exception

Please help I have a new toshiba Satellite lap top and over the last few days I have been getting errors that say Service System Exception. I have looked every where and there really is not much info as to why its happening. I am running windows 8 and it only seems to happen when I use firefox as my web browser. I am hoping that its just a simple update issue but I have a feeling that it wont be that easy or simple. If you know anything about this please help. I have run several different virus scanners and it comes up with nothing. So I am not sure what the problem could be. Thanks for your help.

Hi Autumnrose2008. It seems that your encountering blue screen error. This is typically caused by compatibility issue of any outdated software installed in your system. And I believed since you're running Windows 8 OS, you did to have the latest versions of all your program in your computer. Did you installed any software recently? You can try to uninstall it or restore to the date before that software was installed. Just always remember to install the newest version released. Or sometimes, laptop drivers updates causes blue screen, either it's outdated or the update has bug. Hope this helps. =)
