Good News

I was watching the news just a few minutes ago and i saw a story about something that happened today. This plane was flying and the landing gear didn't work and the pilot flew for an hour circling the airport and then had to change course and go to the next nearest airport in St. Louis which is near my house. Anyway they landed the plane and not one person was injured or killed all survived and no injuries. I was so happy for this i said thank you god. I don't know anyone on that plane but i was crying tears of joy they were all ok. I have seen such horrible news on t.v. and people posting on my lot bad news so thought i'd post some good news for a change.

Oh you are my type of girl!! I've said for years they should have a news program in the evening with just "good news" only so we can go to bed with happy thoughts. 
I've even stopped watching the news at night because it's so bad.
This is a wonderful story and I'm very, very happy everyone is ok and they are safe and sound. Why didn't the first airport let him land?..out of curiosity, since it was such an emergency.

I'm not sure why they weren't able to land at the other airport. I think because there was not enough room on the runways and it is a smaller airport. However tho they at east landed and are safe and sound.

That is wonderful that the pilot was able to land the disabled plane without a person that was on the plane being injured or killed in the landing. I do however tend to think that the passengers that were on the plane at the time of that landing are not going to be individuals that are any too big of a hurry to get on a plane again. I know that if it was me that rough landing would be something that would scare the bejesus out of me.

That is wondeful news for a change. I was just telling my mom how you go on the internet and all you see is bad news everywhere. I'm so happy that they all survived. God has truly blessed them. That is definitely one of the the scariest things for anyone. To be on a plane and having trouble landing and not knowing if you are going to make it or not. This reminds me of the Pilot who saved all those people on his plane when he landed in the Hudson river in New York some years back. Thank you for sharing good news with us.1 person likes this

That’s a good news! It’s good to hear no one is injured in this incident. I can imagine that it’ll be very scary to be in the plane which is about to have an accident. But so glad that everyone is alright. I also can imagine the fear of the people who are in the house near the plane is landing that day. Since there’s a chance that the plane can go to crash to the house.
