Starting With Squidoo...The Second Time Around

Well, what is your squidoo name? At first it was very puzzling to use squidoo. It's also time consuming just writing one article. The good thing is we can always update and edit it whenever needed.

@ cvodrey! Yes, I also find squidoo very complicated that is why I did not concentrate on that site before when I first found it. I just thought that this site is for experts so I decided to leave it first and try to find other sites available. But I also heard very good things about the site so when I had this time, I decided to check back again and it seems that I can understand it a little. Hi abhi! I still consider myself as newbie on this kind of stuff you know. I am merely doing things on a trial and error method. I have been trying to search everything online on my own. How I wish I have somebody to guide me but of course I could not rely on anybody whom I know personally because even them, do not know this kind of stuff that I am presently engaging with. Well Sharon, as you know this is a place where friends extend a helping hand whenever you call them. That is what I have done here whenever I am in a fix. The discussion that I started was also for asking help and suggestions as you do. Anyways, we should all consider ourselves in the learning phase as things keep on changing. And it was just my own thought which I said that I would not really go to a new site and start earning from there. Yes, they say, don't keep all your eggs in one basket - do not contribute to only one site. Otherwise, we can get an EC like experience But we can learn that as a practical experience as well. On the other hand, if we write our articles on various sites, we know that not all is lost even if one site crashes. So, I told you continue on the same site(s) if you are active. I contribute to about 4-5 sites, but am thinking of cutting down on them now.

Hi alberello! Yes, I also remember when I first came to myLot. Things seems so hard for me but the way I see it, squidoo is far more complicated than myLot. But as you said, we can be familiarized with the site as time pass. Thank you for sharing!

Hi teotimo! Having a very limited time because of having a full time employment is one of the things that I am taking into consideration this time. That is why even if I would love to, I cannot give my full attention with my online activities. So whenever I have some spare time, I would really check back on those sites which I signed up before and was not able to concentrate with. One of those is squidoo. Thank you for the advice.
