ya i learned from life that management is the art of getting things done through others...so achieve in life you should follow this avatar.

Experiences can be great in order to teach you things, but learning from other peoples can also be very useful. I think ultimately you learn mostly from whats happened to you, but you learn about things from what happens to other people. For example everyone would like free stuff, but don't steal as they know the punishments in place, now some will argue its also how you feel you would be hurting the person you stole from, but you only know about how it affects people having heard about people who have been stolen from.
