I Learned from College that I'm a Fake

I took up a course in the paramedical field. I am both a BS Medical Technology and BS Nursing graduate. During our Psychology subject at school, the professor asked those who were left-handed to stand up. I stood up along with some four others. Our Prof had us fall in line. Then one after the other, we were asked to walk from a stand still position. When we were seated, the professor said that among us five left-handed students, I was a fake. Meaning, I wasn't fully like that, a left-handed individual. Why, we all asked wondering. He said that the genuine left-handed would always start walking with his or her left foot doing the first step. After our class, I got curious, I stood up and started walking. Indeed, I would always start putting my right foot forward first. Any left-handed person here @mylot who would want try the test to see if you're also a fake like me or a genuine one?
