Hair losing problem is faced by many people all over the world and there seem to be as many treatments available for hair loss nowadays. But is there any real treatment for it.The different kinds of surgeries include Hair Transplantation, Scalp Reduction, Flap Surgery, and Tissue Expansion are there but these should only be used as a last resort and for extensive hair loss.

From an impartial thought, it has been observed that the situation mostly follow the heriditary nature and also there are exceptions. It is a fact that in the name of cure and surety, many companies become rich and profitable and doing much better with their tretments and remadies. But, the sad fact is that we cannot expect more than 10% difference in any case. Some medicines and oils may halp upto a certain extend and the companies advise that we have to use the same for life time use.
However, if tollerant, whatever we have, maintain it properly and I don't think we will get the DESIRED result, other than the money loss.

To permanently cure baldness, wear wig. LOL.
sorry I am a bit losing my mind today... just to be funny even if I am not bald.

with balding there is obviously medication for that but from what i have researched, they have side effect that are not even funny. Some cause impotence.the best way to go right now is hair transplant.its expensive but its the best option before they find something better.
