This month of March and the coming month of April will be a busy months for me because I'll go in Alimodian,Ilo Ilo City , somewhere in Visayan region. My two aunts asked me to accompany them in their trip because they are old enough. Of course, I accepted their wish to go with them because it is also my first time to go to my Uncle's place. We will go on a Lenten season since our company will be closed during that season so that we'll stay longer there. Next will be on April, I'll gonna attend the graduation rites of my brother who's in college in our province. He asked me to accompany my mother to be present in his graduation. Probably, I'll gonna stay there for I think two to three days.Lastly, I'll attend the wedding of my good friend on April 19 to 20.
Good thing, my office mates are eager for me to attend all of those and so they'll adjust too. In the office, if one is absent, the work load is also affected and I am glad that my office mates do understand me and willing to sacrifice for those coming days just to grant my favor.

You are lucky to have friends like them- allowing you to take some time off to attend to your personal needs. Not all could be really that accommodating.
Well, I just hope you'll have a grand time on those special days!

My co-workers are all different. But the one doing my job whenever I have emergency and not around, will definitely give me a cold shoulder when I return to work the following day. And she would make sure she'll be on leave the following days to make even. I just laugh at her.

Hi there ya my officemates were all considerate of me and I also to them. Most of the time it cannot be evaded when we have to go on leaves for personal reasons and so we or our officemates shall be able to Help each other too when needed.
This is how it should be in the workplace as we are team and we work as a group. We cover for each other.

I t`s so good that they are acoomadating to you. Sadly here it isn`t that easy, just to take days, or weeks off. You have to submit it to the company, they have to ind someone to cover, and many times whine about it. If you don`t put it in 2 weeks or more before then it can`t be accepted. I put in when I went on vacation a few years ago 6 months in advance, and I almost didn`t get it off, and they whined the entire time.
