All in one device or separate items?

Recently, there have been talk (and it's happening in Japan) whereby your mobile phone will also act as your wallet and your keys. You simply bluetooth funds across to a terminal on the till.
Now, I wouldn't like this, as I'd probably lose the one device. Would you prefer the one device for everything or separate items?
