I fell lazy today

I feel lazy today.i dont want to work or do anything.I just want to lay down thats all..i dont know why.last night i eat and sleep at a time I was confused why i am acting like this..i ddnt feel sick or tired im just lazy.i dont think is this normal.i am acting like a weird lol..if someone experienced like this can you share it to me.

May be you did not have a sound sleep last night or are mentally tired.I generally feel lazy if I don't have a deep sleep the previous night or when I am mentally tired.You must have any of these two reasons.Today I have been witnessing a surprise.I have been awake since yesterday morning and yet not feeling lazy.Mentally I am neither calm nor too disturbed.Now I have been responding to discussions here and am going to write an article for Bubblews.I don't know how I am so energetic even after spending a sleepless night.

That's normal, we all can feel a little lazy at times. Just don't do that too often, or it won't be that healthy, just get a day off and just relax. Everyone deserves to be relaxed. I work all day and night and whenever I feel lazy at times, I just ease up.

Hello shela21 your body is still in relax mode, if you wanna wake up you should try walking a little, in little time you might freshen up, if feeling still lazy than go for an cup of tea/coffee/coldrink, or even can go for light stretching exercises.
Definitely would feel better and not more laziness.

there are times that i also feel lazy that starts usually when i woke up in the morning,i don't know if i am sick or tired of everything but my body don't response according to my brain,but i thankful because in the afternoon my body followed my brain and fought my laziness.

I also felt that specially when it's my day-off. Been tired for the past days...

Have days like that too. Some times have weeks like that but then get up and force myself to do something. It has to do with starting to get in motion. Once I'm up and going then seem to be fine but it's that hard push to get moving that can get ya!

Don't be too hard on yourself, really. Sometimes the body needs time to recoup it's energy, it needs time to build up again. Just sit back and relax, your body is telling you something, take heed and take some supplements, drink some smoothies, rich in fruits, especially blue berries, and you should be well.
