Just freaking pissed off with payza services it seems the site owners are quite dumb they dont know how to handle such buisnness. Now when you can do a Bank Wire transfer my account is on hold and no reason is given for that. Are you facing same problem as me.

payza as too do it to verify you. if you have given pan card it will take at least 1 or 2 month to withdraw the amount to Indian banks on contrast paypal takes 2 weeks or less to verify. they need to verify you pan details which will take only 10 minutes through official pan website and can't think why they are taking weeks or months to verify. as matter of fact i never linked my pan other than paypal.

use paypal, they transfer to indian banks for free of cost and are better than payza. use payza for online shopping or buying domain names. i use payza to buy online domain names and hosting for my blogs. if you have your own blogs then you can expand and use payza income in various ways. you don't have to even think of withdrawing to bank account and worrying about fees. this is what i do...

Me having the same feeling too, it is quite a lousy payment processor, but have no idea whether it is the worst among all payment processors or not. I understand its wire transfer charges is very high and seem quite out of line compare to Paypal. Its verify procedure is also very weird and difficult to get confirm, seem to me it is an over 'bureaucratic' payment processor that is not making the account holder's life easier except harder whenever i want to do a online transaction. I just keep away from using it whenever possible, unless it is absolutely necessary. Another silly on-line company doesn't care about customer service at all.

I don't like Payza. In the past I accepted to pay for about USD35 to transfer the money from my Payza account to my bank account. However, it said my bank information was not correct. Whereas it is very weird. Since I use the same bank information in Paypal and I got my money from it. So it doesn't make a sense it can't work in Payza. Luckily I found someone who can transfer my Payza money via the net. Although I had to pay for some charges, but at least I can get my money so that I don't really mind it.

I only use it to upgrade on sites or to buy or rent referrals. The processor is no good for anything else. I cannot buy online with it as noone accepts it. And if I want to withdraw the money, they ask me to do so many things that it is not worth for so little money.

I tried t verify my account with alertpay/payza before but since they are not accepting visa and master card, I was not able to do so. So I decided not to use this payment processor and before I join any site, I would see to it that the site pays with paypal. Have a great day!

Thanks for bringing this up. I recently verify my Payza account so that I could transfer money to Egopay. They did accept Visa and Mastercard. In my place they don't have the bank transfer option so they are just asking us to do it via exchanger. Since I read many complains about Payza. I'm actually thinking twice If I need to put more money in my payza account. So until this issue comes to rest I'm going to stay away from Payza.

I have about fifty something dollars in my payza account and I have yet to try and withdraw from it. I'm hoping that I want have to much problems with it but I have yet to even set up my bank account with it. I'm just glad that alertpay didn't go down and that my funds weren't lost when they switched their sites. I hope that your problems are resolved soon.

Do you don't consider it quite fishy that we cannot do anything that site offers but we can keep on accumulating money from respective sites where we work. It seems strange.

They changed the database software when AlertPay became Payza, and I realized later that I could not edit my profile because I had a French accentuated character in my name, accepted by AlertPay, but no more valid with Payza, and you cannot edit your name yourself. I asked them to remove the accent and I started a dialogue of the deaf with somebody who first asked me an ID. I needed weeks to obtain something that should have never happened and should not have taken more than 2 mn to do. Due to their high fees I have not done a wire transfer since a long time.

You can seriously considering switching. Is there a reason to be loyal in this case? It's your money, right?

I never use Payza because I find it difficult to verify my account.
