i used to work in a call center before, and working in night shift triggers my senses to smoke a lot. but when I learned the truth about what God said about taking care of our bodies, and what is going to happen to our bodies when we smoke for a long time.I stopped smoking. now I notice most of my friends is still smoking even if they know all the fact about smoking. it seems like they never cared about their body. can anyone give me advice how can I help to slowly quit smoking.

Smoking is a very addictive habit. So it is not easy to quit it. I would like to share you a way that my dad quit smoking. When he felt like smoking, then he would go to do the housework immediately, such as mopping the floor, washing the dishes and so on. So he would not think about smoking so much. He would focus on something else. After doing it for some time, he didn't really want to smoke again. And this is how he quit smoking. I hope it can help you. Good luck!

I was also a smoker 4 or 5 years ago. Thank God I was able to stop it. This will really bring nothing good in our health, it will just destroy us...
I'm thinking to apply as a call center agent. Hopefully this summer I can start...

Quitting smoking would be one of the best things you are gonna do in your life. Most people quit smoking by lessening the sticks per day that they smoke until they can easily stop smoking any. Others go to rehabilitation and do some exercises for smoking cessation. Others seek help from family members and friends who are your support in these times. You must also seek advice from former smokers who have quit smoking. I hope this helps. Smoking is really bad for the health and this is proven already. A lot of diseases and health complications can be acquired from smoking like lung cancer, mouth and throat disease, discoloration of teeth, etc. Start now and stop smoking.

Well, in my adolescense smoke but i agree that would make me sick later that vice, use my determination, nicotine lozenges and subliminal audios quit.
My recommendation is to go a hypnotherapist makes it very difficult if you leave that vice is smoking.
