You had better start jogging. You can do this every morning to start your day because this will cause your metabolism to rise, therefore, anything you eat during the day will be covered by this rise. This will add up to your usual calorie burn when you are doing your usual daily activities.

There are a few things you can do. First watch what you are eating or drinking. Don't eat after 8pm or anything three hours before bedtime. If you are drinking soda stop drinking it now. If you are eating alot of carbs you have to stop eating that too. Anything white in color is not good for you. Such as, rice, breads, flour, sugar. If you cut out all of this and do some sit-ups or just walk at least 10,000 steps a day you will lose your stomach. I'm sure of it! Good luck!

There is one thing that will make my tummy big in no time flat, and I love it: Coffee. coffee and soda make my tummy fat, and I am predisposed to a fat tummy. For me, those are the evils. Check your diet for changes that correlate with the increase in body fat. It might be just one thing you have to get rid of.

Exercise is always a good way to tone down tummy fats. But in order to maintain it, you must cut down of fatty foods and make sure you burn what you eat. Unburned carbs and starchy foods become fatty deposits. And they are the ones that cling to our thighs and tummy.

The nest way to decrease is choosing the proper diet plus regular exercise. A sit-up is very effective. Try doing it from 20 sit ups every morning and increasing it gradually.
