I actually just learned about this use with apple cider vinegar. You can also make a really nice hair conditioner by combining 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar with 2 tablespoons olive oil and 3 egg whites, then rub it through your hair from the roots to the tips, put on a shower cap and leave it on for 30 minutes, then rinse. Your hair will be shiny, soft and beautiful.
I've also started to make my own scented cleaner using white vinegar, lemon and orange peels. I'm soaking lemon and orange peels in a quart jar of white vinegar for two weeks. After that time, I will strain out the peels and use the really pleasant, citrus smelling vinegar to clean kitchen and bathroom surfaces.
It's amazing what we can do with low-cost ingredients that most of us have in the kitchen already. All it takes to learn these tricks is to search the internet.

Hi the Raw apple side vinegar is one of
the best way. to do it.
and it all so good for the skin
to. I all so use as a energy drink
2 tea spoons of raw liqquid honey
2 tea spoons of the raw apple cider vinegar
with the mother in it.
the mother in it is the key.
i try to stay away from the white vinegar
but i do use white vinegar with
baking soda to unclog the drain pipes.
do a search on line of what raw apple cider
vinegar can do that white can not do.

It is not easy but sure is not impossible to get rid of dandruff with a cheap shampoo. Fist of all, you must try to keep your hair dry and grease free most of the time if possible, give it regular haircut if you can so that your hair is short and easily manage. Have your hair shampoo several time a week and dry it thoroughly after each wash to prevent dust and dirt from sticking on your skull. Just by doing that on a regular basic and be careful of personal hygiene, then you can get rid of your dandruff slowly even though you are using a cheap shampoo to clean your hair, it will still bring positive effect to your hair problem without causing additional problem.

as far as i know we're getting dandruff because or scalp is not well moisturized, and sometimes we tend to put a lot of stuff on our head and it makes the dandruff worse. try to put shampoo enough then make sure to rinse your hair properly. and at night before you sleep... try to rinse your hair don't put shampoo just water to rinse of the dirt that sticks to your hair. and comb your hair more often.

I think for many people it's a combination of dry scalp plus skin pH being a bit off, which is why something like apple cider vinegar or lemon juice would help. I guess that would mean pH is too high (basic) and needs to be brought down (right around 7.4 is a typical human blood pH level, I suspect skin pH is a little different). In this respect, diet could be used to help control dandruff and other skin issues. And just many health issues in general. http://nh1.ccone.com/ph-balance.html has some good info it you're interested in learning more. :)

i have read somewhere that baking soda too is a good cheap way to get rid off dandruff.. To get dandruff under control, wet your hair and then rub a handful of baking soda vigorously into your scalp. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Do this every time you normally wash your hair, but only use baking soda, no shampoo. Your hair may get dried out at first. But after a few weeks your scalp will start producing natural oils, leaving your hair softer and free of flakes.
