A guy in my hometown bought a Roly Poly franchise deli and I could not be happier. I love Roly Poly's menu of suggested preparations and design it yourself. I usually get the sprouts, roasted red pepper hummus and an array of vegetables in a wrap with a bag of Baked Lay's BBQ chips and a cookie or two with a glass of tea. I wish they had vegan soups, though. Their wraps may be more expensive than cooking at home, but they are great for losing weight and keeping cool in the warm months and they're great about getting my custom orders done correctly. Sometimes I practically live at Roly Poly.

When I read that title I thought you were talking about a jam roly poly which I believe is a UK recipe, far too stodgy for my tastebuds but here's the recipe
softened butter, for greasing
200g/7oz self-raising flour, plus extra for dusting
100g/3½oz shredded suet
1 tbsp caster sugar
good pinch salt
150ml/5fl oz semi-skimmed milk or water
6–7 tbsp raspberry or strawberry jam
I like, however the idea of design it yourself, not many restaurants allow you to do this, oh and I won't say no to the cookie or two!

A few questions, wolfie, if you will. What is suet? Is this a recipe for what we in the States call a jelly roll? You left out the directions. It sounds delicious for a dessert following one of my beloved Roly Poly tortilla wrap sandwiches with sprouts.

Suet is The hard white fat on the kidneys and loins of cattle, sheep, and other animals, used to make foods including puddings, pastry, and of course jam roly poly
