I like to observe everything around me people, creatures, nature..everything..and try to understand their behavior and mechanism, analyse the things in my way and i enjoy while doing so, I realized this habit of mine when my hubby said one day while describing him my analysis on a spider, he said, how do see the things this way, i never noticed all this..I thought is this something uncommon, for me its a part of my daily life..

I think most of us are guilty at one time or another for taking everything around us for granted, including Mother Nature, how often do we stop and wonder in awe at what Mother Nature has given us, I am not a people observer, because I am not a people person, I don't like to be around people, but I do like to be around nature and the animals, small things like appreciating the smell of freshly cut grass, the robins and their beautiful bird song, the ocean, the smells in the air, how we can appreciate life through our senses. It makes us appreciate what we have, rather than what we don't. Even the simplistic things in life can bring us enjoyment.

People are also included in Nature's creativity for me, everyone have its own story behind itself.. Its true even simplest things can bring happiness, its said, happiness is a practice not a criteria.

I would like to do both at the same time, but i am unable to do so. When my eye is observing, my brain is not thinking. On the other hand, when my brain start thinking, my eye refuse to observe. There is nothing i can do about it, both of them don't like to co-operate with each other, forcing me to think or to observe one at a time.

hehehehe where did you come from? I mean, I thought I'm the only person doing such things and nobody in this world would ever be able to understand if I try to explain this habit of mine!! I do just like you, bit by bit!!! God knows how much time I've spent on thinking like this! Sometimes almost the whole day is spent on such thoughts. This gets more deep while I'm travelling!! When it's raining etc.. Hehe :) yes it is uncommon for common people, but only some special ones like us can understand these feelings and thinkings :D

Well, I think that is one great hobby of yours. That instead of wasting time, you tend to see the greatness of every living thing.

That's really good for you,to be patient and sit down to look around you.Life can be beautiful but nice.Everyone's got their own habit so i totally respect that and it's interesting to hear what's your result for observing.

I am an observer, too. I like paying attention to things and think about them. People, their expressions, birds, flowers... even if I am in a hurry, I can stand for some moments if I see a particularly nice bird or something which catches my attention.

Isn't it a nice feeling to see the things with different perspective.. only few people have the ability to see something great even in minor things around..

It is not very common either. Though for some people it is a way of life. They are observing everything. I do it sometimes. I like it. I have fun.
