What is the best money exchanger?

I am currently looking for a good exchanger. I have an LR account and an egopay, I don't really have the money there but I know I'm going to use it in the future. Could you please tell me which is a good place for an exchanger.
I do prefer an exchanger that can go to paypal if not then just a bank wire that can go to Australian banks.

They have a list on their side on the bottom of it their are two which are their own me too have not used them because 6.9% fees to exchange to paypal account lets see what responses we get because we are sailing on the same ship.
