Virtapay is suppose to be another payment processor like paypal and payza. They are currently on early bird special(for 3 years or more), which means you get $25 a day just for going there and reading their blogs.
They are somehow trying to get more people to try their Debit card and they are trying get a significant number of people before they launched their debit card.
I currently have around $1,500 on virtapay but I just use it to buy from their buy and sell section.

Hey there.
In theory it's supposed to be a revolutionary system of payment, like paypal or payza, but seeing how you can make really easy money (virta dollars) on it makes it too suspicious in my humble oppinion.
I do have an account there, with over 100 dollars, but hardly check it anymore especially since, and let me quote just one line from another site that has a review on it "There’s no way a company can just give away a million dollars EVERY single day for no reason at all. That’s not how businesses work. " I totally agree with this.
Hope this settles it for you,
Have a nice day
PS: In case I wasn't clear, best not to waste your time with it.

I got my Virtapay account suspended without any valid reason. The second time I tried to conact the admin was denied without cause. Can't say what will happen to your fate.
