The best affordable latest mobile phone

I am presently using a Nokia C2-03 (dual sim). I want to buy a new phone for two reasons.
1. To upgrade myself and use the new generation smart phones
2. I'm fed up of the problems I'm experiencing due to my C2-03
So I've been looking for the best phone that fits my needs and wants for some time now. I'm very reserved and particular while choosing such things as mobile phones. I basically don't want to spend a huge amount on phones, but I also need a decent one with some good features. Here is the list of what I'm looking for:
1. A smart phone (Samsung, htc, Sony or Blackberry)
2. Preferably a dual sim phone
3. Android Jelly Bean preferred, but Blackberry would also do
4. Not a high-end phone, but a medium-priced one.
5. Good battery backup
6. Model not older than 6 months
I am looking forward to advices from fellow mylotters on the brand and models that best suits my criteria. If anybody has used any 2 or 3 of the above mentioned brands, I would be glad to have a comparative analysis. Hoping for your help, guys :)

its really very convenient and very handy too . it also takes very clear photos and audio is very nice too.

Well, The brand you have mentioned surely not sell cheap mobiles with jelly bean os. But still if you can afford Samsung galaxy grand is good deal in 21000 Rs. If you still want less range mobile, then personally I would like to advice you about go for micromax. I know its not big company like you mentioned but recently it is doing really good in Indian market.
Canvas hd is the best phone with 5inch screen. They give all good features with quad core processor!! And only in 14000 Rs. And as per your requirement it is recently launched by mircormax, just last month. Micromax canvas 2 is lower model of this phone and it is also good phone just in 10000 rs. So if you want to choose other brand like this Micromax is best. And let me tell you in India it is already giving very hard competition to other brands.

I don't know much about technology then i can't give you a nice advice. Better you can ask sellers, then they can give you good advice.
In my case, i can use any phone, as long as it is color cellphone. Last time, my friend gave me iphone 3GS, many people said that it is not good, but i see it is not bad...i am very naive with cellphone technologies...
