Today morning while I am walking through the road to catch my bus I saw a small accident. One person alongwith the pillion rider was coming through a scooter in the road. The person who ride the scooter was talking over the mobile phone. Suddently another motorcyclist cross the road in his motorcycle. It was a junction. Suddently the scooter hit the crossed motorcycle. But nothing happend the motor cycle person has ride and gone to his way. The scooterist has stopped the vehicle. The pillion rider get down from the scooter. Suddenly the scooter rider shouted his friend to sit in the scooter and ride away the scooter. All of this 5 minutes episode was seeing several people including me. Because in this all the time the scooterist is keep on talking over the phone. The accident, hit in another bike is not stopped in his mobile talking. I told to another person about this. He also told the same thing. When these people are learning about it. While driving we should not talk on mobile because when we ride a vehicle we need 100% concentration on driving. Are you experienced like the above? Or Have you met any accident while you driving the vehicle and talking over the mobile while driving? Saftey should be our main moto. Have a nice day.

Some states have already passed law that prohibit talking on cell phones while driving. I'm all for that because people aren't concentrating on what they need to be doing. It used to scare me when met a driver on the road that was reading, yup, reading a book, now these cell phones.

Hi Kprofgames, the law is there every where. But the people are not obey the same. Some time we can see that the police man also driving the bike while talking on the mobile. I used to tell the Auto Driver while I go in a Auto Rikshaw if he use the mobile while talking. Have a nice day.

Hi,
You are right. Safety should be our main moto. I alwyas see many people talking on mobile while driving two wheeler. It is very wrong. Is it more important to talk on mobile than our life. these people put their lives in danger. If you have urgent call then go aside park the vehicle and continue talking on mobile.

Hai Roshigo, We can say that safety should be our main moto. But some people will not understand the seriousness. Even though they knows that talking on mobile while driving will make the accidents, still they will use it. They will make the accident not only for themself but also or others too. Take care.

That is awful. I know we have a lot of commericials about this on TV. I have not seen one myself but I do tell my daughters not to touch their phones while driving. They do have now in my daughters car where you can link your phone to the car and it is kind of like where the rado is so you have hands free talking. I still think though it is a bit of a distraction and could cause major problems. Not sure though if it is much different then talking to someone in the car. I would rather not see anyone talking on the phone when driving but have to admit I have done it a time or two. I know for myself I don't like to do it and become extra aware of the risk I take when I am on the phone as rare as it is.

Hai Tricia, Thanks for your comments. Even though the public see the commercials on TV still the people will not understand the seriousness. Especially the girls who is going to the school and collages, are seen riding the moped or scooter while using the mobile. It is not accepted even the ear phone too. As I written, the driver should have more concentration on driving. If he lost a one second concentration the big accident may happen. Any way advise the public or in your family members to avoid the phone while driving. Have a nice day

Safety is the most important thing every person should think about. I passed my practical driving test in 2010. Before doing that I passed a theory test and hazard perception test. I know the mobile phone use when driving diverts attention that should be on the road. I never use my mobile phone when I am driving. If it rings I pull over later when I am in a safe place to see who called. Then I can safely phone that person. A motorcycle rider must be careful whilst riding along. It was lucky not one of the motor cyclists got badly hurt. Have a lovely and safe day.

Thanks Maximax. I appreciate you as you are not using the mobile while driving. We should take care of our self. If any call comes then just cut the call and stop the vehicle in side and check whose the call. If it is necessary then call them back.
Have a nice day.

Here it is not allowed to talk with the mobile phone when you are driving. It is already a law. However, sometimes there are still some people who don't care about it. I think they are very selfish and irresponsible becaue it is not only dangerous for themselves, but also for others. If we are not careful, the accidents do happen. And at that time it will be too late to feel regretful.

Hai youless, thanks for your comments. The law is there all over the world. But some people will not take much seriousness on that law. They will make the accident for themself as well as others. Thousands of accidents are happening every where in every second. So take care and have a nice day.
