Time Management - Is it Really necessary for a Successful life?

I mean we come across some people who have never worn a watch in their life. But we can see them laughing all the way to their bank! They can usually be seen counting Money than counting Minutes! I'm not jealous or have any complex. Just a bit curious about the way these people get to the top of the ladder without giving a damn about keeping appointments, or reaching home on time, or getting up early morning. On the other hand we also see some simple souls doing their daily chores and moving about perfectly like the hands of a clock! But What have they achieved? Some are not even able to rise above the middle class status. Is there any comparison between the two? You can say that the first group of people are successful because they work Smart rather than work Hard. ACCEPTED. Then why this whole useless notion of TIME MANAGEMENT?

Hi, Maybe you don't see those who don't wear watches manage their time as well. Had they been lax in their actions, they would not achieve where they are now. They, like us watch wearers, are busy too. Without proper time management, they would only be wasting their time on non-essential matters. Now, for those who work hard, follow time to the second and still are struggling on the lower ladders, their time shall come if they keep on it. Success does not happen overnight but a series of consistent and timely acts that lead eventually to the grand finale.

I agree only when we have control over our actions can we accomplish. I do see however a difference in how people time manage and of course it depends on what they actually are doing. What I mean is that people working in task type jobs follow instructions while people that are in management tend to think a little different and not adhere the same way to the routine.

For me time management is important for me. We can work it smart even though we do time management because I like to be organize all the time and set a plan. If we set a plan, we have to work it smart too isn't it? If we do not have organize time, I think we could not be successful. Well, that is for me.

I think what's important here is the strategies that you do instead of how great you are at counting minutes. I am a very time-conscious person, but I couldn't say that I'm successful. I don't earn more than the common person and sometimes I get into financial problems too. Though I could say that Time Management is important. What is more important here is what you do at those times. There are a lot of people who are busy who don't have money. I mean, I don't think you'd disagree with I'd say that we spend so much time here on mylot hoping to have more earnings, but as compared to those who work in the real world, regardless how many hours you participate here, the earning potential is just too small. Right? Remember that there are a lot of other factors. There's inflation, income potential, economics. I couldn't say that those people who are too relaxed yet rich are solely because they're good at time management. Remember in life, Luck has a bearing too. Have a great mylot experience ahead!

Time management is crucial in getting things done. We can get side tracked so easily and not focus on the important things. Having said that it has been shown that many very important and successful people do not adhere to our idea of time management. There is a very good reason for this.
