Today at work my boss was in the room with me and we were chatting. She knows one of my co workers complains about everything so she asked about her today. I laughed and said that she hates when I do projects with the children she is always saying can't we do something simple today? I should say my boss and I did a project with the children together today. My boss said I don't know why she complains because you plan the projects and lead them all and all she has to do is stand there and watch. I just laughed. Then she told me that my work does not go unnoticed. I thanked her. I was rather pleased that she noticed not only the complaining my co worker does but that I didn't let it bother me and kept doing what I do because of the children and the fun we have. I look back and not always have I had bosses that let you know they notice all that you do so I was really pleased about it today. So does your boss notice the good things and say something about them to you?

I had a boa b before that v does not seem to recognize hard work and she was always like that even if you did great, she won't acknowledge our efforts and every one in the team has not been happy as to how she handles the team. She was just a slave driver.
My current Boss however was different and she always v saw to it that we would be happy and in sync with our team's objectives. When b one does something great b she congratulates us and c she tells us or was a good job. So we appreciate v her telling us if there were negative because she would still be on our side.
