I wish to start a mobile Hospital

I do feel, there is no immediate health related solution available to middle and upper middle class people in my country. Moreover the micro families, where total members are just 3 or 4, if someone needs an urgent medical assistance, there is nothing available. In the mid-night, if someone is suffering at home and need a doctor, he can only call an ambulance to take the patient to hospital and admit there. In most of the cases, hospital admission is not necessary at all. It only requires a supervision of a doctor and some injection or medicine. In such a situation, i feel there should be a mobile hospital, may be a van or cab, which can be called at any time and doctors can visit for required treatment. People are ready to pay, but we dont have any solution for this. I wish to go for this noble cause, for the sake of society at least. I expect from myloter frs to give me tips on types of facilities and precautions etc. It will definitely widen my view. Thank you.

thnx for comment. The only problem will be to convince the senior doctor for this cause. Naturally they can be paid a good amount. But they should agree at least.

This is a great idea to be honest. But when you say mobile hospital, what type of mobile house would you use? Would you have a degree or such to host such medical assistance, or would you just be the financial donor? How much would you charge to be able to pay the professional nurse and doctors? Lastly would you work with the company of an already present stable hospital just in case something goes wrong? Those are some things you have to think about. When it comes on to people health, it is really a serious thing and proper legal channels should be taken always.

Oh i see I see. Well to be quite honest this is a great plan. Imagining this plan at its highest point. Having over 60 vans. That would be fantastic.
Something just came into my mind, you say sometimes ambulance might go for the sick and carry them to the hospital, only to know that they only need assistance and a few injections. You see how fast an ambulance can reach the victims house, would you have a siren on your moving building, but even then it still wouldn't be able to move so fast.

yah, siren should be there. The main difference i want to make is not to shift patient to hospital unnecessary. Even i m not thinking for hospital, where patient should be kept. That will pollute the intention. Always, one will try to shift to hospital only.

Ren, i m not a doctor, rather an engineer, but idea is simple. Keep 2 or 3 vans with oxy cylinder, med, and other things req in urgency. I m to hire doctors and others. I shall only organize. This is my plan.

I wonder how you will make that realistic. World wide there are plenty of organisations (plus plenty of countries) paying for all these kind of medical help/hospitals and more. Fact is for some reason it doesn't work and a lot of money is never used for those people peole gave/donated it. I also don't agree that just supervision of a doctor is enough. Good health care means way more as supervision and in reality (you will find this in each western country already) the supervisor seldom has time to supervise and the patients (who are clients) are the victims of people without enough knowledge and they even should be happy if their health gets in bigger danger because of the "help" they got.

So nice of your comments, it really make sense. First of all i dont think my plan is based on help, its duty only where everyone will be paid. My aim is simple i.e. to make available of doctor (related specialist) by a simple phone call and that too 24X7. Naturally, if required the client can be shifted to hospital. In many cases, the patients are hospitalized just because they need some regular check ups and cleanings. In the same time the whole house is disturbed b'cos of to & fro from hospital of attendants. Last thing, i could not understand how a good supervision can be related to bigger danger! Naturally if the team is week, it will be a danger, let it be mobile or even stable hospital. I think its is tough to implement but not impossible at least. Thank you for thinking on this idea. I like reverse comments always. It makes the system stronger.

A very nice idea but tough to implementation, specially if you dont relate with medical field. I am not saying its impossible just tough enough in our place (you understand i hope what i mean). It may take a long time so first of all you have to be very patience if you are really serious. Read and collect informations from the places where these kind of facility is available, like how they started, what are basic needs etc. Make contacts as per required, you can take help of some NGOs or welfare societies etc. I dont know much about you, i am just telling all these things as if i were you. Its not a easy or small project, you have to be grounded first.

so nice of you angel. This mobile hospital plan is really a good one that our people need. Let me confirm you that most of my activities are for the sake of people only. The tiny looking gift from me for my local community is that i ve installed a water tap in the outside of my boundary, which helps many to get drinking water. Its quite useful in sunny days. What i mean to say that if someone think to do only big thing and that also after earning a lot, i think he cant ever do tht. As far as help to public is concerned, you can do it at every stage of your life. Anyway, your few lines of praise on me insisted me to talk something more. lol. thnx.
