Case study about the possibility of locally run & control of ALSTOM GT 10

South Pars gas Co in IRAN is going to install the Booster gas compressor station in phase 6,7,8 development, but, we are loosing time due to some miscelenious problem.
anyway, we would like to know how we can control locally the SIEMENS compressore coupled with ALSTOM GT10 gas turbin within control room?
