Hi,
I don't have any problem with sleeping. I can sleep soundly at night. We should forget all our worries and problems while going to bed. our mind should be calm and clear. I take the name of God before going to bed. And when I get up early in the morning I always feel fresh and ready to work. 6-7 hours good sleep is necessary for our good health.

Indeed, when one gets too short time of sleep, he will surely be cranky and lethargic the next day. He can't think well and he has a floating feeling.
But when he sleeps after feeling that, he will be reinvigorated when he wakes up.

Jricky, after you have exercised, your brain will be so active, that's because of the endorphins that were released by exercising. Thus, if you do it 3 to 4 hours before bedtime you will feel so wide awake for a long time.

I think what's interesting for me is that when people after exercising and they feel so tired and going to sleep,while i'm getting more excited before sleep,i need to change this and control it.But i feel so good after wake up for a quality sleep.Thanks for responding,simplyd.

Having a good sleep will help you on your health and also prepare you for whatever challenge there is the next day. Normally, I would have the recommended amount of sleep as I would always wake up in the middle of the night to surf the internet. But, if there is anything important the next day that I think I need to be in my top condition, I would sleep for a minimum of six hours.

Lack of sleep sometimes is leading to memory lost so if you enough sleep then you will have a good feeling and better performance for you.

sleeping is just for restoring energy for the next day work,its not for relaxing for the day they worked hard.good sleep is needed to maintain a good health and its makes brain more effective.

Well, it is better to sleep 8 hours so that we gain too much energy for tomorrow's work. The most important is don't think too much. We should have free worries and stress so that the moment we close our eyes, we easily fell asleep. Another is, meditation before going to sleep so that all the things that always enter our mind will vanish and have a peace of mind until we fall asleep.
That is what I know because everytime I went to bed, I did these things so that I could sleep peacefully.

Good for you, Jricky1. Not everyone can sleep well at night. Despite my will of going to bed early, it is hard for me to enjoy a long and sweet dream. So i am kind of jealous of you. Have a nice day !
