When nature call us to go to sleep, we feel sleepy. We stretched arms and yawned as a sign of feeling drowsy. Then we go to sleep. hurk!, ngork!, ngork! the sound goes on and off as we travel to dreamland. After a lapse of time, we wake up and find ourselves invigorated. But if we want to forego sleeping because of unfinished MYLOT business, can we do that. I mean is there any method to overcome drowsiness without going to sleep. What can you say? Is that method not hazardous to health? Share, will you?

Sleep deprivation or lack of it when continuously done , is hazardous to our health. It lowers our immune system and blocks the cells from being repaired well during sleep. Though when you are just at home, you can always opt to make up for it by sleeping at anytime you like. But when you have a full time job, then you will have a problem when at work already.

Can sleepiness be cured with having a refreshing bath or taking a medicine so one can go on working on something without the necessity of interruption?

I think if one will take a cold bath, he will really be awakened. Just like what i do in the morning when i prepare for work.

Will that not be hazardous to the health?
