when you are in dire need, would you sell your soul to the devil?

i doubt that such people even believe that they have souls, instant gratification without thought for consequences, i think they don't really care or even consider about consequences or who they hurt as long as they get what they want. People like these are by nature very selfish. some do the deeds not intentionally wanting to hurt anyone but if it happens, so what. Their needs have priority and those who are affected will be collateral damage as long as it doesn't affect their selfish pursuit. As for whether i will sell my soul to the devil , well the way i see it , if one believes that the devil exist , it will mean that GOD also is in the picture , cannot have one without the other . and we all know the consequence of losing your soul . The fear alone of GOD's wrath will prevent me from selling my soul.

Hi Cherigucchi, people are like that, they do not even need to be in dire need to sell their soul to the devil. These are the ones who always step on those below them, and bend to bow at those above them. When they get more power in their workplace, they will make life a living hell for those below. It's part of life, and we just have to wait and see how they suffer later on.

I would have to think what would I call a "dire need". I don`t know if I would try to take justice in my hands if someone hurt someone I love. But no, I would not do it for money. Nevertheless, I am aware that many people, specially some with great power in the world, have sold their souls to the devil.

No, I wouldn't do anything that would hurt me or anyone else. i am in a financial bind, but I wouldn't do anything illegal to get the money like rob a bank or anything 3else that can be construed as doing bad things to get money. the money I do make is made online and made legally, even though it isn't all that much, but it does add up in the end. I am also on a fixed income, so, the money I make online, is just a bonus, but a very good bonus at that. If I would never make anymore money online tnan what I make now, I am satisfied. It depends on what we consider evil. There are some things I'd do which are considered bad (like sabotaging another person, especially those I don't like, if that could mean getting what I want), but I'd never go as far to physically hurt someone or murder someone.

Hey there ! i think it is true that there are people who actually sell themselves to the devil to get what they want but at the same time there are also times that some people tend to choose the lesser evil. I myself experienced that once when i had to choose between two bad decisions i mean whatever i choose will be bad but i have to choose the lesser evil one if you know what i mean... as you say when people are in dire need thinking bout good or bad is not their priority anymore all that they can think bout is how to obtain whatever it is that they want in return they result in doing bad things. thank you for sharing your thoughts my friend i enjoyed sharing my ideas with you

I have never in that situation, so I can not sure what I will do if I am in that trouble. From my own experience, it is quite common that I can not get what I want in my life. And after experience that, I find that even without these things I can still live well, so it is no need for me to call for them. But if I am in a situation that I can not the lose the thing, which may have a great effect on my life, I may use all the methods I can to get it, but I will not do something to hurt my family and other people, it is the deadline.
