you can still be happy by having your families and friends. If you love your family and friends, you will not ask for material things. Let us say you have a lot of money but you don't have your family and friends, you will not be happy because you don't have someone to share your moments in life.

you don't have to be rich to be happy. There are many rich miserable people .money does not make happiness. It is the people you mix with and how you lead your life.No one is happy all the time.I consider myself to be fairly happy although we do not have pots of money. You have to make the best of what you have alot or a little.I listen to the radio that makes me laugh ,talk to my friends and have a laugh muck around.Helping others can make you happy, listening to music ,watching a funny film or playing with the grandchildren.Getting pleasure out of their achievements, seeing the wildlife and watching the birds and taking heart from it.I think you have to realise how lucky we are to be alive.Going for a walk in the country makes me happy.Reading a book and getting engrosed in it ,it will take your mind off your troubles.Exercise will cheer you up ,you will lose a few pounds and bulk up.which will make you feel better,in yourself.Take a college course improve your mind.Try some model making ,handicraft.Try something new you can do and you will really find a good sense of well being.Volunteer for a charity in your spare time.Do something useful.I do hope this helps you.Sometimes we all get stuck in a rut and rely on our friends to get us out of it.Remember one thing smile and the world smiles with you.

Happiness is appreciating the small things in life, the things that surround us in our everyday lives that we are guilty of taking for granted, Mother Nature at her finest. Last week, I smelt for the first time this year the smell of freshly cut grass, it's a wonderful smell, I also saw the first flowers of the year poking through the ground, Spring is definitely on it's way. Happiness is going to the park and feeding the ducks, or just appreciating everything around us, none of that costs a single penny!

Joy comes from within you. Start first to notice small things, a flower, a bird any thing that pleases you then reach inside for joy. If you have felt joy before you know what to reach for. I carry my feelings in my belly so when I want to feel
happy I reach in there and become aware. Just remember to start small and pretty soon you will realize that you have formed a habit of happiness. Bless

Happiness is not found with the amount of money or properties that one has. Happiness is having a peace of mind and being surrounded with people that you love.

for me, to get happy moments in your life is to fulfill my dreams and be with my family as well.

The best things to have in life I think are happiness, good luck and good health. I get a lot of joy from the activities in my local sports center. I go to an energetic dancing class twice a week. The music is up tempo and from many different cultures. Afterwards I love to do a jacuzzi relaxation before having a chilled out swim in the pool. The sports center is just a fifteen minute drive from my bungalow. I get a yearly membership for it so I don't have to keep having to spend out loads on going there so very often.
It is lovely to spend time with friends. It is enjoyable to go on days out to interesting places. It is even better to go on trips to different countries. Traveling overseas is one of my top hobbies. I love to discuss topics on excellent My Lot and I do that on my laptop. I am keen on using the Internet. In the warm months of the year I like coastal walks and countryside rambles. I like borrowing books from my local library. Nature is free and there are many things worth seeing: animals, plants and beautiful views. Put one years membership on a credit card and pay it back monthly. Travel by bike, camp in a tent or stay with a couch surfer member. Good luck.

When I was growing up we were always struggling to make ends meet. I learned that it doesn't take money to be happy when you surround yourself with people who love you and appreciate all the things that are free. Even as an adult I don't spend money on entertainment and rarely buy new things. I would much rather spend an evening playing cards with a friend or family member than go to a movie or shopping or out to dinner. I can sit out in my yard with a good book and be very happy with the birds' songs and cool breeze--that's something money can't buy.
You have to change your attitude if you're going to have a happy life. You're not going to be happy every moment, it just is not possible. But until you appreciate the good things in your life that money can't buy, you'll never be happy no matter how much money you have.

Life is happy, if you make it that way. You have a choice whether to be happy or not. Life is also hard, if you let it be. Money doesn't negate you from problems, it just helps you buy better ways out of it. Relationships are the best way to make life happy, find somebody that you can share life with, do life with. We are never more miserable than when we're alone. Give to those who need you, it pays far more than any job ever could.

Money leads us to greediness, which urges people to hunt money. The more they feel the need for money the more they become greedy. In fact, happiness has nothing to do with one's happiness if one can control and realise that money is not everything.
