So I did some shopping on Amazon.com wed night with some of my tax money left. I bought a few xbox 360 games because I don't have many yet. I keep tracking them to see if they been delivered etc. The one package says it's in my home town and as of today it's out for delivery at 7:54am and here it is 3:26 I still don't have my package. Why does it take so long? It's annoying waiting I want my game. I ordered monopoly and a family game night but the family game night hasn't been shipped out yet and it said it would be shipped between march 7th and 8th. So annoyed I never have issues ordering from Amazon because I do it all the time. Have you guys ever experienced this issue with online shopping? I hope to get my game today been dying to play it.

well when it comes to tracking this is all a matter of the package being scanned. it might not be the fast thing that gets scanned when being shipped. depending on the size of the truck and what else is on that truck. the only thing you have to worry about is when it says its been delivered and its not there.

I checked after I made this post and it said it was delivered but I didn't see anything at my front door. So I went to the mail box and they put my package in the mail box. So i'm happy I have it now.

It may be in your home town but it has to say "out for delivery" when it gets on the truck. I know how you feel because I do a lot of ordering online and on Amazon and track it til I get it. I'm sure you will get it before 5pm. Don't worry you will get it.

I order stuff from them all the time but the thing with them is that when they send out an estimated date, they usually send the thing before or on that date. I myself have no problems with them. when the stuff hits my town, I am anxious too, but it may also depend on who is delivering and where. that can happen.

Well, what you do is tell everyone else in your town to not order anything until you get your package. That way it will be there toot sweet. Now I just got mine at 4:50p. Thursday. You should get an email and it says at the top when it will get there. And I think they deliver up until 7p. if it is a busy season.

I only tried shopping at Amazon for ebooks, and since these are electronic merchandise I haven't experienced their delivery or shipping. I did experienced online shopping in some other online stores, and so far I never had any problems tracking my purchases and they almost always arrive on the date they have committed. Mostly, it is through USPS or Fedex.
