When Will AddThis Take Out the Tracking-Code They Add to Links We Bookmark?

I was gonna ask "Why Does AddThis Add a Tracking-Code to Links We Bookmark?" but I think I know why---to count-up how often people use the AddThis-button (that sends links (for whatever page you're on) to Facebook, Twitter & other sites with link-sharing).
But when sending links to Facebook, the tracking-code cuts off the ability to use a thumbnail from the linked-site! So when will AddThis have enough of a 'count' to take off the tracking-code?

Why would you need tracking code in the first place ? perhaps you could tell me what is the use of it yea.
