Captain Cook again showed the tremendous form that he has been in this year with another century. This time leading to a tremendous fightback after conceding a huge first innings lead to New Zealand. The opening stand of 231 that Cook and Compton put on had all the resemblances to the kind of starts that England got in the Indian series and helped England reach 366/3 in the first session of play on the last day. With two sessions pending and England leading by 60 odd runs with 7 wickets still in the kitty, draw now looks like the most likely result.
Cook vs. Clarke in the Ashes is going to be the battle of two batsmen in the form of their lives.
Cheers!

Not forgetting Finn, the night-watchman. He was awesome!
