What are the precautions to keep a far of blood pressure?....

So many people are getting trouble with blood pressure every time! In my family also some people are there those are getting strain of blood pressure... They always asks me to tell some ways to get rid of it... Actually why is it comes to a common people?.... Is there any difference with of taking not a fine food?... I simply want to know about the many things are are very useful to avoid of blood pressure for all the people who resides at home...

The very simple task to do to keep away a sky racketing blood pressure is to exercise plus taking pf supplements. That's so simple yet most of people tend to under value the benefit it gives to our body especially to our nerves, blood and other cardiovascular organs. Eating a balance diet nowadays is not enough because of the poor lifestyle we are into, plus the changing environment that pollutes us and our body. I recommend to take supplements good for the blood and the heart, and exercise even at home, a simple stretching wont cost a penny and wont hurt a butt. :)) Stay Healthy!

Avoid eating food that is greasy and fatty.Don't eat too much of fried food,Don't be sedate,do work and move around,Pray daily and help others without selfish motive.It will definitely reduce your blood pressure.

Stop taking food with salt noodles are shocking.Processed food is also full of salt.Walk and take exercise several times a week for about an hour.Drink plenty of water.eat fresh fruit and vegetables with no salt in cooking at all.Thats what I do to keep blood pressure down.Avoid stressful situations.Keep calm and try to relax mainly watch your diet and exercise,gently at first ,build yourself up slowly.Ask your doctor they should tell you all this.

There are several things you should do. Get yourself regularly checked up for symptoms of hypertention.Often times, hypertention attacks suddenly causing other diseases such as heart attack,and other dangerous diseases. Exercise regularly--walking, swimming, cycling and so on.

Most of mylotters already mentioned eating healthy foods like fruits and veggies and exercise and sleeping properly like 8 hours daily and not to get to bed too late. I would also suggest that it takes discipline to keep away from eating unhealthy foods like pork, fatty foods, sweet foods and all those adulterated foods which is not good for the body. Include drinking 8 glasses of water , refrain from drinking soda drinks and other canned juices which are so sweet. You can juice fresh veggies like cucumber, carrot, fruits like apple and banana and some more healthy fruits to be healthy. Stay away from smoking or people who are smoking. Smoking can really lead to other types of diseases. Most important of all, pray to God for protection and healing of your body. It is He that created us and is the one who will keep us away from sickness.

Hi gamyam, My mom has a high blood pressure... and according to her doctor, the probable cause of my mom's condition is either hereditary or wrong choice of food intake or no regular exercise. But other than that there are a lot of causes, you can easily figure it out by yourself since you know very well your lifestyle..its all about lifestyle..

Less Fattening food such as Pork liver , chicken skin, chicken fats and lots more. I think you should also try eat more fruits and vegetables plus do more exercise to keep your body and blood pressure in check.

Once we get this blood pressure and it is confirmed by a doctor there is no choice except to take medicine.Preventive ways are to be free of stress , and eat a balanced diet that is low on fried items and pickle and papad. People who are hypertensive are advised to take regular walks because this enables the system to keep pressure under control.Taking raw small onions and garlic regularly will also help.

Hi ! I knew some precautionary measures to keep low . Fats should be avoided nor should be cut . You need to have a regular exercise for at least 30 mins daily.Eat very low Carbohydrates , don't smoke and drink and have an adequate rest and sleep . Always have a regular check up and have a discipline.

What I can share is why not try to have an exercise and drink more waters specially warm waters. I made my high blood back to normal on this daily routine.
