We had a project in our school and we have to develop a product that is not yet introduced in the market. We need to market this in our school so our entry may be included in the Innovative Products Fair.
Together with my group, we were able to develop a product from squash. We were able to come up an idea of creating a ketchup made from squash. Based on its nutritional value, squash is rich in Vitamin A which is good for healthy eyesight and skin. Other vitamins includes Vitamin C, E and potassium.
Luckily, our entry was included in the fair. People liked the idea of this products and from that, we are able to have our client to supply their healthy food boutique. Since our ketchup is rich in Vitamin A and other minerals, ours become one of the alternative salsa by most of the store's client.
If you're going to be one of our client, would you choose the squash ketchup over other which can be bought in the market? What is your opinion?

I like squash, so yeah sure I would love to give that a try. I haven't heard nor tried a squash salsa or ketchup before so this is definitely something that I would be interested in. Not to mention that it is healthy. I do hope that you don't have to put a lot of preservatives in it.

I would love to try that. Here in our country was able to try a banana ketchup and a mango ketchup. Both were nice but I love mango ketchup more than the banana ketchup. Hopefully, I could try your squash ketchup in the future.
