I sense you are worrying and panicking, when in reality you need to get this checked out by your doctor, after all that's what they are there for and will put your mind at rest, refer you or prescribe you with the necessary if there is a problem. Worrying causes stress, stress causes high blood pressure. Also I have seen people wear surgical masks when faced with pollution, this could maybe be a suggestion to stop you breathing in the toxic fumes.

I salute your dedication to your job. In your health case, I cannot really say anything medically except that I encourage you to have General Check-up. I would like also to suggest if you can consider to stay in the village you are working and then go home every rest day. I think that would be the best thing to do to avoid pollution from the busy streets.

I think the first thing you must do is to consult a general practitioner to have it diagnozed. Pollution may be the cause of your health problem. For the time being you can consume food that is high in antioxidant.

I think it is more advisable to consult a doctor for they are more in authority to examine and to avoid any complication.

If you feel something odd about how you feel, consult the doctor right away. Do not hesitate. Coz it is hard to get sick these days especially if we have kids around. Keep healthy!
