Alien in my bathroom sink!

While sitting in the living room watching tv I kept hearing a horrible noise coming from my bathroom! Since my hearing is so bad at first I wasn't sure it was coming from there so I was looking all over my apartment thinking my cats must have gotten into something but what I had no idea. I finally went into the bathroom and there was some strange thing coming up from my sink right through the sinks stopper! It was about 4 inches out and making horrible scraping noises! I could see that part of it was looked like a snake! I panicked and called maintenance since this was going on for quite awhile. Being Sunday the guy who lives next door to me is an on call maint man who basically just checks things out to find out what the problem is. We were both surprised when he started laughing and said he was snaking out his bathroom sink which must be connected to mine in some way! He went back in his apartment and took the snake out. I really don't think he knows what he's doing anyway or it wouldn't have ended up in my bathroom! Has anything like this ever happened to you? When it was over I couldn't stop laughing because it really did look like something from an alien movie!

I have to admit I have never heard of anyone snaking out his bathroom sink, but thank you for sharing, I couldn't help but smile, I hate snakes, spiders I can deal with but not snakes, ewww the thought just sends a cold shiver down my back, I concur definitely sounds like an alien movie entitled 'Slither'

I did have a dream once where I saw myself as a very old woman, but that was all. There was something wrong with the plumbing, because the snake would not have come through. Maybe you should call the owner about it.

They probably do, but it might take time to get new pipes in and everything fixed up.

Oh no... that is really scary if we are all alone at night.
My husband have use something like that to clean the drain hole.
There is something made from metal that looks like alien from the
movie to grab all the dirt out. It is long like a snake.
At last you knew what, where and how the 'alien' ended up
at your sink.

oh... you will not believe me if i tell you. for a vacation my friends and i planned to go to a tiny village for a weekend. meanwhile i decided to meet my grany on the way and started off early to find my grany's house locked, her neighbor told me she had just left to meet her sister. not only was my surprise was ruined but i was left alone and cannot go back home and reach the vacation spot. so i decided to go there all alone. i went there and cleaned up the mess and was in the bath when a snake started to peep from the drain. i could see its blackhood and was terrified. i didnot go near the bath room for the next 2o hours until my friend came and decided to get the snake out of there. no amount of water would drive i away. so we opened the drain and there ran out a rat. you must have seen the shock on my face. i went to have fun and all my friends had fun at my expense..... :(
