I need a break from mylot..

I have been sitting here for the last 5 hours (today being a boring sunday), reading, posting, listening to the radio, watch youtube videos, when there is no interesting post that i want to reply to. Now, my back hurts. I just realized it. I think it's unhealthy to be on your laptop for 3-4 hours at a stretch. What do you have to say? I don't about you but I am wanting to grab my coffee now. Maybe I had had too much of Taylor Swift's 22 song and it's A capella version by Eclipse..

I totally agree that spending a lot of time at the computer for long periods of time isn't good. Not even I can do it. I don't see how people can spend such a long time sitting at a computer without even having a break. It is always good to get up and stretch and do other things and then come back later. I have days to that I just come on here and I am just not finding anything that interest me to respond to and then I just leave.

Well, even thr days I am busier here posting, I do take breaks from time to time to play a game and do other things online, etc. It helps to take breaks fro,m time to time. Helps you feel better and a break clears your brain for other things as well.

I don't have the patience to sit at my pc for longer than an hour. I could never do 5 hours straight no matter how boring I am. At times the internet gets boring for me since I've read all my email, checked fb and spent some time on mylot.

sometimes there's a day that i am not in the mood in participating in mylot because of many reasons and one of them is being tired from work or sometimes for being busy at home during my rest day,i only check my account then after that i will log out.

I am on my computer for a long time to,but I take alot of breaks, I a just coming back to Mylot from, being away from here, for about a few weeks, and I am just catching up on all the discussions, I missed commenting, on since I have been away from Mylot.
