I had this dream, a message that no criminal should be treated badly during their term of imprisonment because they are abiding the law according to the sentenced passed by the learned judges. It is the duty of the Judges, to see that no physical or any other harm should come to them. They should be treated and be given what is required by a human life with cleanliness. During their stay, to see that they discipline and make them to achieve the value of a human being. When they complete their term, I am sure they will value their lives and try to lead a good life.

I hope that it could happen. I mean, we are aware that even if these criminals are in jail, there seems to be no safe place for them coz some get killed. We may not know about it through the news as the police themselves make a cover up about these incidents.

Maybe right there, also there are some people in jails who are not guilty ( in truth that is)

I think the dream is a noble one although it may not be the case in the real world.when you mix human sentiments in the ingerdients.
The dream you had is justice in it's pure form. criminals who have commited the crimes have been brought before lady justice and deemed that they owe the society a debt which they will have to repay by losing their freedom. and it falls upon judges to dispense justice appropriately by determining the sentence in relation to the crime.
Therefore after sentencing and during imprisonment, the person has started the process of repaying the debt owed to society. And it falls upon prison warders to ensure that there is no more no less. as they serve their their prison terms, during which they still have rights as a human being to be treated decently and not abused, for their punishment is losing their freedom but not their dignity as living breathing human being
