this seems like something that is not available to the united states. it seems as though it is an investment program.

Hello Tushavi!
Very lucky for your grandpa to win so much so good on him.
My nan and dad and sometimes my brother gets lotto and there has been a few winnings but less than $50.
I have thought about doing lotto but I bet that I would spend more money buying the tickets than the money I would win.
Happy MyLotting.

No, I don't think it's wise to play. Mind you, sometimes the amount makes it tempting, but I've heard of too many people having their lives ruined after having won large sums of money.

I've never heard of "prize bonds," so it must be something that is given a different name in the United States or else it could be something that isn't available to us at all.
With that said, I do gamble from time to time, but I will never bet more money than I am able to afford to lose. The reason that I do this is because I do enjoy the games, but I don't enjoy going broke over something that I don't have to spend money on.

i am unsure what you mean by 'prize bond' is that a lottery?. if it is i do play the lottery because its always fun and potentially if you ever won you it your life would be so different. You would never have to work again, you could pay all of your debts off, buy a big house your life would be so different.
