Phone volume turns up by itself

I have been using my present phone for half a year and find nothing trouble for me.This week the volume will turn up by itself when I listen to the music.It will still turn up even I turn it down.
I really have no idea about what this is all about.Something wrong about the volume hardware?Anyone has come across this kind of problem?Thanks in advance.

That is so strange. I think you should go to the phone shop and ask the expert how it become like that.

that seems to be some kind of manual glitch ,you better get t rectified at the earliest instance or the hardware might get spoiled

Hi wwjwcom, my friends blamed me for not answer their calls instantly the past couple of weeks. Oh no I noticed that it's in low volume. It's weird that I always set it to the maximum. Later I found out that I touched the reduced volume button on the right unconsciously 
Seems that the features of the phone is not designed for me 
I have been very careful not to touch the button since then. There isn't any complain from friends since then

I think you must consult the expert for what happened is not regular some piece of your may need a change already.
