I Hate When People Ask Me To Do Something!!!!!

This lady had asked me to make, name Tags for some tables, she wanted to put them on, and then when I made the name Tags, she didn't use the ones I made, so that was wasting my time, when she asked me to make the Name Tags, when she could have, made them her self, I don't like people wasting my time, asking me to do something, then they go another way, with what they want to do.

If I had been in your situation I would also have felt that I had wasted my time. You spent your time on the name tags that she had asked you to do, so it is frustrating to discover that she didn't even use them. It is possible that she changed her mind after she asked you to make them, maybe she decided that she wanted name tags in a different size etc, but I don't think that it is nice of her to ask you to make them and refuse to use them when you have made them. It sounds to me like she doesn't respect the fact that you have spent your time on making them, and I would think twice about helping her in the future if I were you.

It is not good when someone order us to do something and then, in the end, they will just ignore it. For me, it is better to tell what you feel so that she would know that what she did is not good. Some people does not know what they're doing.

That is really annoying, alright. when people ask you do to something and don't use it... its just really a waste of time. I remember when my previous boss is like this. she has always asked me to do a report and when i spend hours doing it, finding what she needs she would tell me i can try and look at another one instead because she needs it already... the same thing happens and happens all the time.

Some people are accustomed to giving people orders. They may not needed your help anyway but they just feel like giving orders and wanting you to follow. Just to be frank, I hate taking orders too. I can help out if my assistant is needed but proper way of asking have to be administered. I think everybody is equal in a sense and no one shall ever think that they are superior beings to exploit the others.

Maybe you shouldn't make it for her anymore if from the first she just want to piss you off. There is nothing with no price nowadays. So, you just have to tell her that you won't do what she says if what you've been doing mean nothing for her and for you too. No one's gonna like wasting their time with nothing in result.
