Any recommendations for a good free website builder that allows transferring?

Any recommendations for a good free website builder that allows transferring the template to another hosting company? A lot of them seem to want me to stick with their hosting company and host it through there but I prefer the hosting companies I deal with, rather than to use their one at a much more expensive price. So my question to you is, do you know any free website builders that provide access to move the template from their server to a separate hosting company altogether?

You want free? Try Wix, Joomla and Wordpress. They are all free. They probably let you install your own template.

Wix doesn't allow you to transfer templates to your own hosting company. They want you to stay WITH them. Not something I am interested in doing. Aka, I don't have a problem paying hosting, I wanted to get a free website template, but to host it through the hosting company I am with.
Wordpress is too generic for what I wanted to use the free website builders for .
Joomla may work, actually. I'll have to look into that one. Nontheless, thanks for the suggestions :)
