i am sure that not all of have the same interest in life and even a story to read. like here in mylot, what is your preferences in answering a thread or discussion. for me, i will be interested to reply and leave a comment pertaining of that matter when i like the discussion or post and also to something that i can relate with. in this way, i can put myself or internalize the post and could share ideas or experiences from it. it is because, there are stories that is hard to deal or hard your self to sink in. for a reason that, you do not know what they are talking about or yet your too shy to interrupt or whatsoever.
it is really a great fun to participate when you know the story or you have a story of your own similar from theirs'. you respond because it caught your interest and not because you want to post lots of posts to increase your earnings or rate. when you do, pressure of staying here will be lessen. it is because, it was already in your system and in your stock knowledge. all you need to do is to make recall, agree or nod. but, still, if you do not any idea of the topic, you can ask the author and if you are lucky enough, you can get a reply from them.
so guys, what are your preferences in replying a discussion ;) please share your views and thanks!

Hi,
I only respond to discussions which I can relate to and understand. It doesn't matter what category they are in. What's important to me is that I know what to say when I respond to it, it will be awkward if I jump in a discussions but doesn't know what I'm talking about, isn't it?
Happy mylotting

hello :)
same here, it does not matter on what category a discussion belongs as long as i can understand and relate with the story. it would be easy to make your share if you can probably know what to reply because your system was ignited with knowledge stocked within you memory or had an experience like this or simply because, you have something to say. what you have is really important in sharing. because basically, sharing your story too comes from your past or learning :)

Any discussion that is within the area of my interests always capture my attention. And any discussion that I can relate to or have any idea about also prompts me to participate. And oh if it is also about something that is going on, current events and something sensational.

same here rain!-)
first the title should entice me (over-haha) then as i opened it, i can relate or understand the gist of the story. i would admit that, i just skimming the important details moreover if the story is too long to read, so lazy in terms of that. but if not, i should be ready to find another discussion to participate with. as easy with that. that is why, i encourage everyone including me to participate in mylot so that we have all the choices to cling on in terms of joining yourself to a discussion. :O)
thanks :)

I will respond to a discussion when and only when I can give feedback, as if I don't have anything to say to it, after reading it, then I will just leave the discussion and move on to another one/ i only respond to discussions that are interesting as I must be able to relate to it, or i won't respond to it. Take care, and have a great day.

whoa! really? oh yes, i agree with you. it will dismay me if i cannot get a response from a discussion i participated. i may think of a reason why and believe me, i do not want to feel negative things why such they do not respond to my reply comment.
interesting story for us, would capture our interest. basically this is one of the factors we should consider in replying a text. and if not, better jump to another story because you may just ruin the mood of the author of it . but, well, no one should refrain us what to reply but isn't it awkward that your replies are different from what it has to be expected - south and north?! haha! so better if we understand the discussion before participating and this all could be gotten when we read it and could relate :)
thanks and you take care too - God bless :)

I am responding because of 2 things: when I am in good mood (surely won't annoy someone) and when I know/can relate to the topic. I won't put a comment if I cannot understand what someone is talking about. I am never shy to respond but I do not have guts to put anything that is not related to the topic hahaha Discussions on my interests normally caught my attention too and will respond if I have the same experiences to share. Happy mylotting!

our mood sometimes affect if we will reply to a topic or not more if we cannot control our emotion, that is why we cannot relate with the story because we feel angst inside us. we cannot concentrate and cannot understand the gist of the post. so it is hard for us to make reply comments. anyway, thanks for joining here :) i guess you are in the good mood and you relate much with the story what is why i can see your presence here ;) thanks

and yes, we will be benefited from them for we can learn different stories and may know what planet do everyone lives or even fee us with new information :O) thanks

It is really good to response in a topic that can catch my interest regarding particular topic. These includes: technology, computer, internet, pet, love life, friends, earning money and foods. When I read that the topic is interesting, I read it and response the way I'm comfortable to answer.
Honestly, on the other hand, since this site is rewarding everyone for every discussions they make, I tried to answer anything as good as I can. In that way, I earn a little and help others in their query.

you are right there madam. it is hard to relate when we do not understand what the author have to say in his/her discussion. it should be clear to us not to post a different meaning from that story. this will avoid ourselves not to get comical when others would read our comment replies. hehe
thanks my madam - take care always and God bless

What to respond too or even how to respond to it can largely center around my mood. There are times that don't want anything that pulls at the strings of my brain and just want something fun. Other times want something more to sink my teeth into.

i personally replay to tell people my opinion about a particular matter, or to appriciate them it kind of feels good to be reassured that something you did is right or that reading different impressive quotes make you feel better. so that is why i do it for. and its kind of nice to get to read so many different stories and more than many views from people all around the world. thanks for this discussion...!!! :)

you are welcome! oh yes, reading stories would tell us about one's culture, behavior, and information. this is the essence here in mylot because we base our appearance and participation here, for sure we will not be happy and contented. so if writing is not our passion, and we are not goal - motivated, that is why we are flaring away and fade and never get back in here. so thanks for sharing :)

Depends on the situation and whom wrote it and what the subject is I'll leave a comment pertaining to that matter of how I would think of it like.

yes, sometimes i am being motivated by the writer or author of the discussion more if like the person or she/ he helped me in here during my early days. i may admit that even i cannot get the gist of the story, i tried my best to understand it so that i can participate.
