How to edit profile picture here in Mylot?

I am a new user of myLot. Though I have my knowledge in the internet and other websites, I am finding it difficult to edit my profile picture here. As you can see, my profile picture here is the default image that the site is using. Every time I edit my profile information I am ending up editing some details but not the profile picture.
Can anyone help me how to edit my profile picture? I already upload my image here. I just need to change the profile picture.

can u please tell me that what is account affiliations and what am i supposed to fill there

you only need to fill the account affiliations. If you have friend or family member that want to use mylot on a same computer. it needs to fill up both users.
and also if you want to share your paypal, you need also to fill up there both of you use same paypal account.

even i am a newbee here my friend and even i need help for that. and i also have a question that whats the amount that we get paid for uploading pictures images blogs .
because i am still on 0 $.
so even i need help , so guys please help both of us now.

I dont even know how much earnings that admin gives daily, and also all the users here dont know either. you will earn by uploading pictures too but not in your own profile, ex. putting up a picture on your response you will earn by it. but you dont earn in blogs.
it says on the FAQ's
myLot has a 24 hour earnings period from midnight to midnight in the United States Central Standard Time.
and also dont ever put a referral link on a discussion to avoid violation.
