every time a shampoo my hair, i see some 5-10 strands of hair in my hand. i did not mind it at first because i thought its just normal. that's been going on for about 1-2 months. one day my friend noticed some bald spots on my head and i became increasingly worried. I understand that its ok to get bald when you get old and I'm just 25. Do you have any suggestion on how to prevent/stop my hair from falling? your help will be greatly appreciated.

Hair fall was caused by unhealthy lifestyle. Maybe you're too stressed? The food that you eat also affects this issue. Try to sleep around 6-8 hrs a day, eat healthy foods and drink lots of water. Aloe vera treatment may help you as well as some mild or baby shampoos in the market. Try to use the mildest products and refrain from using molding or styling hair products.

Thanks for sharing this glamgirldoll. I think you are correct, I'm stressed. I will work on getting 6-8 hours a day because in the past months, I only sleep like 4-5 hours because I have so many things to do. Big help! Have a nice day.

thanks for responding tehpau. Nice to know that there is such shampoo. I checked it and found that its available in the nearby mall. Its just a little costly I guess but I think I'll check it out.

Ahmm you can try to use aloe vera. And do you use shampoo everyday? Some said that using shampoo everyday is bad to your hair.

I shampoo my hair everyday but very minimal. I hopes that's not whats causing it because when i don't use shampoo, I'd then have to fight for my dandruff. But aloe Vera is a good idea, i might as well look around and try that.
