how do we appreciate students' efforts

Graduation is just around the corner. Do you have kids or someone close to you who are going to graduate this summer? Here in the Philippines, graduation usually happens in March or April. After almost 10 months of going to school, doing homework and projects, taking short or long exams and participating in class and school activities, students are about to reap what they have worked hard. Schools are preparing for some year end activities to pay recognition for all the students'efforts the whole year round. Those who have performed excellently in the academics as well as in extra curricular activities will be able to be recognized. However those who have just finished the whole year would be able to get the diploma. Happy Graduation to the Graduates!!
