Working Hard When It Is Hard To Work

I have always thought that working is something to be done right. I know that people have good days and bad days at work. But, when the bad ones always outnumber the good ones, what do you do? The economy does not allow for people to go from job to job. I know that people just go through the motions. So, when my emotions are a no go for me, I have a decision to make. What that decision is hopefully becomes clear very soon. What I do know is, I have to keep working. Then I work toward finding work that works for me. Sometimes a dream job is real, sometimes it is just a dream. I must find out.

At times, workplace problems are just stepping stones to a better position there, or in the least, offer lessons toward personal development. However, there comes a time in careers/jobs when people just have to move on. If you can't absolutely take working there anymore, then it's best to start looking for another job. You don't leave until you've been hired elsewhere first, though. This is something you'll have to decide for yourself.

Working hard is not good it will make you exhausted and not good for your health just work normally but do your best enough to fulfill your assignment on time. The best is that you will enjoy while working yo can achieve more by so doing.

HI. I agree. When times are not good, our minds and heart doesn't go together. I mean, we lost our focus. What I usually do is read or just continue what I'm doing until I'm done. The thing is, I don't perform well when I am overcome with bad emotions although I always do my best to get affected by all the things going around but I just can't help myself sometimes. There are always times in our lives when we give way to our emotions.

It's so hard to be an employee in this economical situation. Sometimes you just can't leave a job. In those cases I would try to make working there better. Bringing there little desk ornaments, having a good playlist to listen to while travelling to work etc. But if you have a chance to find a better job (you could even start looking and applying now), I think you should take that risk... because working at such a demoralizing and bad workplace is going to leave bad marks on your physical and mental health as well.
