Thanks angelpink! I'm just looking for ways to earn extra while at home. My husband encouraged me try getting an online job so I can earn while still able to supervise our baby. I'm not really into getting rich. I just want to earn for myself while at home :) I also joined a writing site and hopefully, the articles I submitted will be approved. There are so many good writers these days and I feel mine is pale compared to them.

I wanted to venture into business however, the online market sells almost the exact same thing. I wanted to sell something new and not common to at least give me an edge against other online sellers :)

agghh i never earned anything from doing survey...after answering surveys they tell me that it is not applicable to my country! uggghhhh very very bad!

Thanks chiyosan! I did register and applied, unfortunately, no response yet from clients. I still haven't landed my first contract so I'm really having a hard time building my profile. That's why I'm trying my luck with other sites and thankfully, the members are providing good recommendations :)

I find there is lots of ridiculously low paying jobs on Freelancer, but there is also a few good paying jobs. I've been working online about four years now and make a living doing it. If you are artistic, you should check out Greeting Card Universe, I make good money selling greeting cards on it.

I did and got the same result. Still no feedback from the clients I applied for. Maybe there's something wrong with the way I sell my skills. Lol! I haven't tried online selling since most of the items sold online are very common (clothes, shoes, bags). I'm still thinking of what to sell, something new :)

Okay. So maybe I should give some background of my online activities aside from myLot. I have my permanent job and I am doing my online work on a part time. This is one of the reasons why I cannot be able to join freealance sites that you mentioned. I am writing but not I am not doing it for a specific client. I am submitting articles in some writing sites and so far I can say that it can be a good source of income especially that you have an opportunity to have passive earnings in the long run. No- I am neither referring to sites nor doing it myself. I write for others as well for my own self. It's yours choice to write 350 words and submit. prices are fixed, there is no referral program there neither I do such pimp like jobs.Cheers.

I'm checking out the sites suggested by the other members and its pretty good. Actually, I'm willing to work, its just that no one is hiring me! Lol! They prefer the experienced ones so my chances are realy slim.

You can try article writing online as there are many sites who offered upfront payment for the approved articles, also you can earn from revenue sharing sites for your articles.
