Hi there patnopy. :D If you want to transfer money, you just have to send money and know the paypal email address of the person you are giving money to. ;)
They will see that they have received an an amount in their account. Upon log in it is there in the dashboard page of the user.
We can consider this as a payment received as well if I were be the recipient of your money transfer.
