Green Bean Fries

Has anyone ever made green bean fries? They are now offered at alot of restaurants and I love them. I want to start trying to make them at home myself. I wonder if any of you have any good recipes for those and the dip that is served with them. I can't find ANY recipes for the dip.

I have never had green bean fries but i have seen them on the menu as appetizers at restaurants. I never thought i'd like them so i never tried them. Tho i usually say don't knock something til you try it so maybe next time i go out to eat and they are on the menu i will try them. I do not know what sauce goes with them or how to make it lol.

I never thought I would like them either but my mom ordered them when we were out and they are awesome!! I would love to be able to start making them at home because they are so tasty and would be pretty inexpensive to make.

I have never seen any one did green bean fries , but it sounds like a good idea . Perhaps one of these days i should try mixing them together yea .

Friday's is the main restuarant I see carrying them. You should give them a try!!

I haven't heard about green bean fries before. It sounds very interesting! I love, love, love regular fries and I feel that this could be a great, healthy alternative. I'll look for some recipes too:)
