Unlimited coffee and cake...

This afternoon I went out with my friends it's been a year the last time we saw each other, we ate in our favorite Japanese restaurant and after eating we decided to look for a nice place to chat. Then we went to a coffee shop, I was very surprised when i knew that the shop offering unlimited coffee and cakes for only 4 dollars. The coffee was great but the most amazing was the cakes, they have almost 12 kinds of cakes and i ate 3 different types of cakes like carrot, chocolate caramel and devil's food cakes. All of them are delicious and perfect match for coffee. Some of my friends tried different flavors too and they love it. We all both agreed to return in that shop by next month, but for the meantime I need to do some exercise to burn all the calories I ate from those delicious cakes.

It sounds like you had a great day with your friends The coffeeshop that you visited sounds like the perfect place. I love both coffee and cakes and I would really like to visit that kind of place, but I would probably eat too much 
When my ex-boyfriend and I were together we sometimes visited a restaurant where they had unlimited coffee, tea and cakes 
I loved their cakes, but I was never able to taste all of them, because there were so many different ones. I would like to return to that place one day.

That the first time i went there but it made me full and satisfied, good thing my husband did not came with me or else he will not allowed me to eat 3 slices of cakes only 2.

I love to go to a buffet style restaurant when food is well done. I don`t know of any coffee shop here that does what you tell us, but it is a wonderful idea. I bet it must be always full.

I love to go to a buffet style restaurant too and maybe were going in that kind of restaurant by next month, where we can have Chinese, Japanese, Filipino and mediterranean food after that were going to the coffee shop again and i will be full again for sure.

Oh my, I will surely enjoy that unlimited coffee and cakes that you had. First time that I heard a bout it and I do hope that I could try it as well. Hope there will some kind of offers here in our place. I really love coffee and the cakes, so yummy and great combination. What great way to catch up with friends, so lucky that you have found that place.

Your working near SM megamall right and i believe TCB (The Coffee Bean) located in 5/L Shangri-La Plaza, Mandaluyong City offers unlimited coffee and cakes too.

You really makes me smile every time you responded my discussion, those cake are delicious and hoping i can make one someday. They are really good, i even asked the pastry chef how she baked the cakes but according to her it's a secret recipe. I run for almost an hour yesterday, it made me feel good and guilt-free.

I am really fond of cakes (believe me it shows!)and I'm drooling to the thought of unlimited cake eating! hehehe.. I'm not so fond of coffee though, they keep me from sleeping at night. So I don't think I could go for the unlimited coffee though, but if it were unlimited hot choco and cake, then I'd be in heaven! hehehehe..
But yeah, regrets will come soon due to calories! hehehe..

Sounds like you guys had a wonderful time. OMG that picture of the Chocolate cake is so delicious looking. When you decribed the cakes you ate my mouth was watery for them. I can't have a piece of cake of any kind till after lent so this is just killing me. My hubby brought a apple pie into the house yesterday and I said how could you bring that in the house. You know I can't eat it. He said I forgot. I don't think he really forgot he is just happy that he gets to eat the whole pie by himself. We had a wonderful time, usually we only meet each other few times a year because of our busy schedule but we decided to go back to that place by next month. The cakes are really delicious there and coffee was good too.

Oh my, coffee and cake! One of my favorite sinful delights, good for the tummy but bad for the thighs. And that's a good deal! I always associate coffee and cakes with my friends because it is also our favorite get-together "meal". Whether we're coming from our work or school, we always meet up at a coffee shop.

omg, please don't keep me in suspense! what's the name of the shop and where is it?
you ate 3 kinds? how big are the slices? 
my college friends and i do the same thing. we eat lunch in one restaurant then have dessert somewhere else. that way we can keep on talking without the waiter or manager hovering over us for overstaying.
