Business strategy in the past is to plan and then execute the plan. Today I just heard a new unfamiliar strategy and that is "Plan Before You Plan." Honestly, I don't have a full grasp of this thing yet but I am on the process of learning it. What do you think does the new strategy which I mentioned mean?

Hi niki, thanks for responding here.
Yeah, could agree with you. Before launching anything, you must plan but you can't plan fully unless you don't have a good understanding of trends and other important matters of the course you want to achieve. yeah it makes sense to me.

Hi jdalaqui Well what I think another way this could mean is Plan Ahead I have heard if you spell it out Plan Ahea and the d is missing this is why you always need to plan ahead. I am not sure if this makes sense to you or not but everyone needs a good plan to have any plan work.
